A puzzling traffic hazard was created when 31 catfish were spotted on a road. The fish were making their way across the roadway, stopping drivers in their tracks. The California Highway Patrol responded to the incident and moved the fish to the right shoulder with the help of Animal Control. Unfortunately, two of the fish did not survive, but the remaining 29 were safely relocated.
