Park officials are seeking information about individuals who may have been in a remote area when flash floods struck. The National Park Service wants to hear from anyone who knows someone who was hiking, backpacking, or camping in the affected region. A significant number of people are unaccounted for, with the total initially reported as at least 20 before being revised to at least 15.

Evacuations have taken place, with 62 people removed from the area by Sunday morning. Further evacuations are planned.

Details about the missing individuals and the ongoing response are available from park administrators.
