Detectives identified suspects in a theft case and tracked a vehicle. The vehicle was followed from Oxnard to Ventura. Authorities tried to pull the vehicle over but the driver did not stop. A pursuit ensued, ending in a crash.
The incident led to four arrests. The investigation started after a report of a stolen part.
